When Andy first opened his eyes upon the world,
He saw a number of elephants staring down at him.
“Look, a pink elephant!” “Such a weirdo!”
“看! 一只粉色的大象!” “真是个怪胎!”
What’s worse, Andy's pink ears were enormous.
“How could such an ugly kid ever perform on stage?”
No other elephant in the circus would play with Andy except his mother.
Andy’s mother smiled at him.
“They just don't see the beauty in you.
You can make them see who you really are.”
Every day after that, Andy practiced harder and harder.
The other elephants laughed at him,
But he kept on perfecting his skills.
One day, Andy got a chance to play a role with some other elephants.
To everyone’s surprise, Andy flew into the air, flapping his big, pink ears。
The children loved Andy’s stunt and clapped their hands excitedly.
The other elephants looked up at Andy and exclaimed,
“What a lovely little pink elephant! He flies!”
Andy lived happily ever after with all the elephants in the circus.
